All I really know is that white meat like chicken and stuff is really healthy, and when you first start at the gym you shouldn’t go everyday unless you train different body parts each time.. Thats all I know great commentary again though Paul it’s inspiring and nice to listen to makes me want to start going to the gym more often keep up your hard work, Paul. You are doing an amazing job hope you respond, took me a looooong time writing this on my iPhone

Creatine & or Protein 20-30 mins before or after work out. Constantly drink water or gatorade. 10 reps of a weight that you find difficult at about 7-8 reps, do that 3 times with 5 min break in between. Everybody is different so if you want to maximise your results consult a trainer at your gym. Thumbs this up
@NerdyGayKid Just keep thinking that if you keep going and pshing yourself there you will feel better about yourself, you will feel more energetic, less lathargic ready and strong.
