The incident occurred in one of the houses in the vicinity of 51 Avenue and Bell Road in Phoenix. The child was found and retrieved from the pool.

Phoenix Fire Department Captain Hugh Chase was added to the child in a stable condition after being taken to hospital as a precautionary move.
