Participants are encouraged to build a watershed model and learn the principles of flow of water by watersheds, among others.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Phoenix Convention Center</strong> has allowed people to enter the building Monday night after a suspicious package to the expulsion of the security forces last week, authorities said.</p>
<p>Around 1:15 pm, a man involved in a neighborhood association to help America, &#8220;Save the Dream&#8221; Convention was an event of a security guard with a soft lunch box.</p>
<p>The man told Guardian: &#8220;This is not mine. I hope it did not explode, &#8220;said Phoenix Detective James Holmes.</p>
<p>The security guard approached the Convention Center and the Phoenix Police. Authorities on the third floor of the building north of the center are provided. People in other parts of the building were forced to evacuate.</p>
<p>Phoenix Detective James Holmes, said the dining room was a &#8220;personal property&#8221;.</p>
<p>Police suspect a man unknown, who have been detained for questioning, could not find the package, but simply made a mistake, referring to explosives when you turn it in.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s not whether he was right,&#8221; said Holmes. &#8220;We can not joke.</p>
<p>Non-profit group NACA, Massachusetts by providing free advice to owner’s struggles to recover loan payments more affordable.</p>

<p>&#8220;There is great interest in the use of renewable energies throughout the nation,&#8221; said Becky Campbell-Howe, director of vocational education on the Ace, which oversees the annual conference. &#8220;But we were particularly impressed by the enthusiasm for renewable energy in the Phoenix area.</p>
<p>Known, as the Solar 2010 is the premier conference on renewable energy and energy efficiency in the country &#8211; and one of the most important. SOLAR 2010 is expected to participate more than 6,000 people in downtown Phoenix, with external participants from all over the United States and internationally. SOLAR 2010 is projected at 3.6 million dollars to the region of the pump for local businesses, economic recovery and creation of tax revenue. The report of the recent economic ASES determined that was created in 2006, renewable energy and energy efficiency in the 8.5 million jobs and almost one billion dollars in sales to U.S.</p>
