			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PHOENIX &#8211; Four people were charged in connection with assisted <strong>suicide</strong> Phoenix woman.</p>
<p>According to the documents of the <strong>Maricopa County</strong> prosecutor&#8217;s office, and Frank Langsner Wye Hale-Rowe was charged Thursday the cost of slaughter, and conspiracy to commit murder, and Dr. Larry Egbert and Robert Massey was also charged with conspiracy to commit murder.</p>
<p>Authorities said four men were part of a right to the end of the output network organization, which is currently being investigated by the FBI and <strong>Georgia Bureau of Investigation</strong> and police in Arizona and seven other states.</p>
