			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recent attempts to fight against a wave of home invasion, <strong>robbery</strong> style in Phoenix, in cooperation with agents of the federal police has led to the arrest of 70 people since May and set with various crime groups, authorities said Tuesday.</p>
<p>Home invasion robbery and <strong>kidnapping</strong>, especially drug smuggling and people at the Mexican border, are persistent problems in Phoenix and other cities near the border.</p>
<p>Officials with the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said the &#8220;single&#8221; unit of federal agents who worked with detectives in the Phoenix flight crew, the assailants in dark uniforms and similar masked police dressed in tactical units were added at the break.</p>
<p>The study, entitled &#8220;Operation Gideon, using techniques and other means of ending the occupation &#8211; the charge of possession of firearms and other crimes &#8211; before they are flown. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A man is facing <strong>kidnapping </strong>Phoenix and several other charges after attacking his girlfriend, but she and her child against her will, police said.</p>
<p><strong>Phoenix police</strong> have been about 5 hours in the house of the 1900 block of E. Illini Street, Phoenix said Sgt. Andy Hill.</p>
<p>A witness told police that about 2 hours, Juan Jose Avitia, 37, had a confrontation with someone in the apartment. Avitia would have taken her 5-year-old daughter and left the residence.</p>
<p>Nobody called the police at that time, &#8220;said Hill.</p>
<p>Avitia in 5 hours to return home, neighbors told police they had heard about Windows a break, people screaming and shots from inside.</p>
<p>Avitia then left the child with a 20-year-old mother, who lived in an apartment with her daughter.</p>
<p>As police searched the woman and child Avitia, said local hospitals at 9:49 of the mother and children treated for injuries that are not disclosed, said Hill.</p>

<p>Jock Coker, 18, was developed by staff, Eric Gomez Coker houses near the road, Dobbins Street and 7th, according to a press release from James Holmes, an officer with the <strong>Police Service of Phoenix</strong>.</p>
<p>At about 5 pm, Gomez responded to a call for a burglary in the Coker home. After reviewing tape from video surveillance, he noticed a man who is living where he reported the burglary, said in a press release.</p>
<p>Gomez then told the woman in the house, and she said Gomez, &#8220;Jok is not at home.&#8221;</p>
<p>Gomez had the same name as the names of suspects in two armed<strong> robberies</strong> of stores on May 31 Metro, after the press release.</p>
<p>Police also suspect Coker stole a Chevrolet pick-up in 1997, the same day. When police checked the house of the registered owner of the vehicle, Tony R. Ortega, 74, they found his death, said the press release. Coker was a suspect in the murder of Ortega.</p>
<p>Gomez quickly decided that the house and requested more help to create a perimeter around the house. Phoenix special police forces arrived on the scene and took custody Coker.</p>
<p>Coker was sent to prison for second degree <strong>murder, rape, armed robbery, kidnapping</strong>, and after the press release.</p>
