In the Maricopa County Office of Sheriff of the investigation on Friday in downtown Phoenix drop house, arresting more than two dozen suspected illegal immigrants.

The deputy assigned to perimeter duty during the investigation, on the other side of the road, parked by the Attorney General Terry Goddard in the house, cause for concern and emphasizes the mistrust between Goddard Sheriff Joe Arpaio and other elected officials.

Undercover sheriff’s deputies against the human smuggling unit began monitoring the implementation of drop house near 10 Avenue and McKinley Street, about 6 hours on Friday after receiving the tip.

The deputies saw at least three vehicles are in the house on Friday, Arpaio said. The level of activity, expanding the scope to replace with a Sheriff car in which the smugglers, who could try to escape, the sheriff said.

One of these cars has identified a number of blocks of the Goddard parked in front of the house. The Attorney General was cited in an article published Friday in the Arizona Republic about the sources say the FBI was investigating whether Arpaio has abused his authority.

Goddard said that he had no way of knowing whether the sheriff’s car on Friday was the result of their observations.

“I do not rush to conclusions,” he said. “This is a troubling coincidence.”

Arpaio says that is exactly what it was a coincidence, I did not know where he lived until Goddard said members of the media that the deputy violated his existence.

“This has nothing to do with the Attorney General,” said Arpaio. “It seems a little paranoid with the elected officials before us.”

Goddard is the subject of a lengthy inquiry by the prosecutor and county sheriff’s administration in relation to research in the former Goddard Treasurer Doug Peterson.

Deputies said the smuggling of human beings for research would lead to more arrests Goddard, where representatives have not yet been reported to the media with a car parked outside his residence.
