In Baltimore the dark side of drugs, guns and feuds leads to murder, a total of 300 homicides a year for the past 10 years. Homicide Detective Homer Pennington works long and emotionally draining hours to try and keep murder off the streets. He and his partner are called to a fatal shooting on the corner of a street where he unravels a drug related story in which the victim’s fiancée witnessed the murder. Homicide detective Robert Patton has a vision in life, to try to make a difference.
