Wellington Phoenix Mars-football league table continues with 1-Nil to win the Gold Coast last night, the removal of a top four for the first time.
Phoenix made his first appearance of the playoffs after beating North Queensland in Adelaide on Saturday night and last victory in the Gold Coast and Perth to the loss of Wellingtons Sydney FC, who is currently in fourth place, just one victory to ensure Home semi – final.
Phoenix captain Andrew Durante says the semi-final at Westpac Stadium to play its part will have a huge advantage over their opponents.
Their last game of the regular season against the Central Coast in Wellington on Friday night.
