Kenny Moe, 53, was at the end of the road.

“You reach a point where you must change or you die, and I now, and fortunately, the bus stops in front of me,” said Moe.

The bus, which took about a year ago, Moe took his Crossroads United Methodist Church in Phoenix for a pancake breakfast.

“It’s much more than breakfast, it’s about saving lives,” said Moe.

Since January 2008 Red Dottie Escobedo-Frank is working with the protection on the bus, the homeless and providing food and religious services every Saturday morning.

It does not take long for the neighborhood notification.

“I woke up Saturday morning, as you all,” said neighbor Kevin Swatich for Phoenix Board of Adjustments meeting on Thursday: “Just to know that I could see for about six weeks earlier.”

Swatich later found the child pornography hidden in an electric field, and discovered the man was a convicted criminal.

“The fact that I do not know, my family was in immediate danger against predators to visit the breakfast,” said Swatich.

Residents in the community to take the case to Phoenix, where the church was ultimately for the violation of zoning laws, because the Church has worked as a soup kitchen, set in a residential area.

“Feeding the homeless on Saturday morning and the poor do not use appropriate equipment,” spokesman said that the City Manager.

Church said in reference to the dinner was part of a regular exchange, so that the sentence violated his first novel.

Today, after a lengthy discussion, board of adjustments in the city confirms presented.

“Such use of the charitable room, dining room, and what is not allowed to use” by a member of the board of directors for a vote too.
