Phoenix PD Management Fails to Correct Crime Lab Issues
PLEA identified problems in the PPD crime lab and signaled for change over a year ago. CBS News 5 Peter Busch holds upper level police management publicly accountable for failing to serve the citizens of Phoenix. The current management response – assign 1 lieutenant, 2 sergeants, and 1 detective to conduct an administrative investigation at the lab. Perhaps Phoenix City Management and Government will reach a point when they too will hold Mr. Harris accountable through a change from ineffective personality-driven management to progressive servant-leadership.
