Phoenix News: Phoenix Woman Convicted Of Murdering Her Husband
A woman was sentenced Monday to the 2004 death of her husband, art dealer in Phoenix, not dismembered the body.
After one to eight trials months of Maricopa County Superior Court jury has examined the three days before finding 47-year-old Marjorie Orbin guilty of first degree murder, two counts of fraud and theft of two points.
Trial continued Monday to determine whether she deserves the death penalty in the murder of 45 years, Jay Orbin.
According to prosecutors, Orbin torso was found in a bathtub rubber in the desert north of Phoenix in October 2004, but the hands, feet, head and shoulders were not found on the left filled.
The authorities say they believe Orbin was on September 8, 2004, killed after a long trip to Florida.
Although the computer magazines and credit cards and cell phone records showed he may return home the same day, Orbin authorities say they have never seen alive.
