Phoenix News: Phoenix Police Arrest Man In Rape Of Women In The Street Tempe

Tempe, AZ – Phoenix man was arrested after sexually assaulting the woman in the street in Tempe last Friday.
A spokesman for the police temp Steve Carbajal Akram Abdul-Hamid around 9:45 pm in the region were 15 Avenue and Indian School Road, were arrested.
