Phoenix News: Phoenix Bishop Convicted Bell Noise

Phoenix (AP) – The head of the church in Phoenix 10 days jail suspended because its tolling bells of the churches of the city noise regulations.

Bishop Richard Painter said he will appeal.

Bells of the Cathedral of Christ the King in the north-west of Phoenix melodic at the beginning of each hour from 8 pm to 8 am

Neighbors say the bell too loudly and too often ring.

In addition to the artist verdict, the judge on Wednesday limited bells of the church for not more than 60 decibels for two minutes on Sundays and religious holidays.
