Phoenix News: New Yoga Studio Fuses Phoenix Fitness With Pleasure
Midtown Yoga Sutra owners, Matthew and Rebecca Fritz, have found a way to extend the benefits of yoga, fluid movements of dance and combat forces for change in his workshop.
“We would like Mix It Up,” said Matthew his creative spin on yoga.
