Phoenix News: Man Arrested In Phoenix Apt. Shooting
The victims are still critical after Shot twice
PHOENIX - 28-year-old man was arrested as part of a residential complex in Phoenix, said that people in hospital and move to places of their residence at 5 o’clock in the morning.
Robert Lee Herd, 28, was booked on the charge of attempted murder and misconduct, weapons after the shooting Sunday morning.

Witnesses told police the suspect was in an apartment, so that residents of the complex were evacuated, while police secured.
When police went to six hours later, the suspect was not there. Herd was arrested at the motel in the 1500 block of Dr. H. 52.
The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, remained in critical condition in area hospitals.
The reason for writing is unknown.
