PHOENIX NEWS: Body Found In A Phoenix Convenience Store Two Suspects In Custody

PHOENIX: Police said the body of the man in the vicinity of 35th Avenue and Portland Street at night has been found.

Investigators said they were called to the bank in this area, around midnight. The injured victim now identified as Moises Gomez, apparently as the shop. Here he fell and died.

Later Wednesday, the police two suspects, Miguel Guzman-Ortega, 24, and Javier Ruiz Robledo arrested forty-fourth.

Sergeant Trent Crump said, investigators serving a search warrant in a nearby body paint, might believe that the place of the murder.

“We believe the victim when he was shot in reality on the phone with a friend. This gives us some information,” said Crump.

He is a man who was actually the one who discovered the body of Gomez.

It is not known how many people Gomez, 30, struck, perhaps, between the alleged crime scene and the windows of convenience.

Investigators said that people living in this area. Some residents report hearing the shot Tuesday night.

Crump said several people who were in the building would probably go to another. These people present when police arrived and have been as investigative leads.

A SWAT officer in full tactical gear has been published on the scene shortly after the first call was sent planes. Although employees have left the investigation remains very active.

“Team tactics by ensuring there are no outstanding suspects,” said Crump.

Police believe the motive for the shooting appears to verbal confrontation that escalated into a shootout.

Guzman-Ortega is expected that the one who pulled the trigger and be subject to second-degree murder. Robledo face assault charges.
