Baer Brake Systems leased 60.292 square feet of building Flex 2222 W. Peoria Ave. Phoenix for 10 years.
The production capacity of light is located in the northern sub market Industrial Black Canyon along Interstate-17 corridor. It was built in 1964 and renovated in 1999. It contains offices and exhibition spaces and three loading docks. Baer brakes, eager to move from 3108 W. Thomas Road in October.
Mitch Stravitz of Colliers International represented the tenant. The owner, Presson Equity Partners was Tom Semancik Commercial Properties Inc. and Jim Ryder Capital Realty Advisors LLC represented.
