@Shamefulbehaviour Yes they are i9nnocent until proven guilty right, lol not for long when the EU changes the law system for good, the CROWN is full aware of whats going on, every act, statue and legislation is APPROVED by the crown, they ALL know what they are doing (apart from most police and most of the people)
@ukbands I’m only 17, so work with me here. I understand we’re all corporations under maritime law, but how do we get all of the judges to uphold their oath, and make the court work under common law? I’m well aware they never prove jurisdiction and the court is De Facto not De Jure. Also, was this really censored in the UK? I’m American and i try to educate my piers but they have no idea what i’m talking about.

@fuckemandtheirlaw He would not stand upon his oath (3 times) which is treason under REAL LAW, he was pretending to have power even though he could not obtain it in the peoples court because hte people have realised that he only has power if it is given to him without YOU knowing about it, this has gone on for many many years. now the secret is out and the people demand justice under the law which the establishment want to hide
Is there anywhere that I can find this mans own copies of the whole case so I can compare to American legislation statutes and codes, etc..

@beticanproveyouwrong The Judge cannot deal with the case or have any power of jurisdiction unless he is acting under oath, Rodger knows that it is treason if he did and I believe also treason if he refuses to stand under his oath 3 times, The 3rd time he is guilty of treason and the people claim their court as the highest power enabling them to create a Grand jury, so you can see how bad it is when the police don’t serve the people and charge peaceful people looking for Truth and Justice
@beticanproveyouwrong Its my understanding (no expert) but they cannot uphold their oath unless they act on behalf of the queen, when acting under maritime law for commercial interests they cannot honour their oath, this is why they cannot proceed with the case unless they establish jurisdiction over the defendant, they can do this if the people in court rise or if the defendant accepts liability of the trust (the legal fiction) which is done by confirming their name.

@AnnoyingTypoSyndrome More and more people are waking up to the truth of what we are really living under and its not pretty, all attempts are being made to stop the truth emerging so spread the word, the people need to know how they are being deceived by the government and the police
