@ZangaroZen Bill O’Reilly isn’t your average conservative pundit, he is an incredibly popular news host with the number one most watched cable news show. He interviews presidents and candidates alike. You say “thereby DISPROVING Crowder’s and Shapiro’s claim of “never”.” But that isn’t Crowder’s or Shapiro’s claim. That claim is made from the producers of Jon Stewart’s show. They admit the show is biased. That was the point of the e-mail. Oh and also those statistics you posted are fake.
@42Torch With all due respect, you are missing the point. The conservatives you mentioned were guests on the show, not actual correspondance on the daily show. And he does have a bigger following than you are letting on. And I guarantee his following right now is bigger than Stephen Colbert, Stephen Carrel, Ed Helms, Rachel Harris, amount others had when they first started on the daily show. Their popularity grew when they joined the daily show, before that they were relatively unknown.

If you had any idea of the amount of people that have managers trying to get them an appearance on Stewart’s show, you would know that it would take way too much time to give each person they deny a reason for it. There’s a generic “no” letter. What does he gain by faking the email? A video topic. If not for faking this email, he’d have to make a video on a real news story. He also gets to sneak in an ad for Ben Shapiro.
