Fring has been known to release video chat features before anyone else. However, being first can sometimes come at a price of how well the quality will be. This company was the first to ever release an app that could do video chat over 3G and now they have released group video calling! You can call up to 4 friends(or enemies) and chat away using your front of rear camera. The video will lag and the audio may do the same.
