@SwordofDobar I think you should use a 60 degree lob for pitches as you want them to land softly and not roll over the green. Also, use a high bounce club to hit it from thick rough lie. Hope that helps :D

Great video again mark, one question, how hard do you grip your club for this kind of shot? Should I grip it the same way as my normal swing and release it through impact or should I grip it harder for more control and keep my hands in front of the club the whole time?

Great video Mark and as always very very helpful.

I’ve been taking lessons that have had me flipping it to use the bounce so this has got me back to basics.

One question I’d love you to consider for a future video is how many wedges and which lofts/bounces to put in the bag. I’ve got a 46 degree PW and 3 more wedges and end up confused over which one to use.

If you could touch upon this in a future video that would be great. Thanks again for all the videos!

Good video mark. Luckily I have been doing all the stuff in this video right, which improves my confidence with pitching.

What’s your take on having a more open stance for pitching/chipping? I’ve always had a very open pitching stance because it feels smoother and more natural to me.

Mark, great video. I enjoy the idea you have given about ensuring that the end of the shaft stays forward by imagining that there is a laser on the end and you shouldn’t allow it to touch you. Great idea.

Can’t wait for the next one…. Keep up the good work.
