<p>Home invasion robbery and <strong>kidnapping</strong>, especially drug smuggling and people at the Mexican border, are persistent problems in Phoenix and other cities near the border.</p>

<p>Trial continued Monday to determine whether she deserves the death penalty in the murder of 45 years, Jay Orbin.</p>
<p>According to prosecutors, Orbin torso was found in a bathtub rubber in the desert north of Phoenix in October 2004, but the hands, feet, head and shoulders were not found on the left filled.</p>

<p>Phoenix man arrested for sex with minors &#8211; Phoenix sex with a man 14 years old girl accused of Prescott Valley, Arizona.</p>
<p>According to the <strong>Police Department</strong> Prescott Valley, Christopher John D&#8217;Avanzo, 24 and 14-year-old Prescott Valley girl began text messaging each other, when their numbers were to be shared with friends.</p>
<p>The researchers say that their meeting in person and the relationship quickly became sexual.</p>
<p>Police said D&#8217;Avanzo had sex with the victim several times in August.</p>
<p>Police said it was clear he knew his age when the relationship began.</p>
<p>D&#8217;Avanzo was booked into Yavapai County Jail on five counts of sexual conduct with minors.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Phoenix &#8211; </strong>The <strong>Phoenix Police</strong> after an investigation by the agency in the vicinity of Third Avenue and Hatcher Road yesterday morning has been found.</p>
<p>Police said the 30 year old man was the victim of a stabbing.</p>
<p>Around 9 o&#8217;clock, the police officer patrolling Phoenix in the immediate vicinity of the complex business of 321 W. Hatcher Road, when an employee told police that the victim was lying next to the building.</p>
<p>Employees approached the victim, as was revealed later EdWood Del Webb, and I saw he was severely wounded.</p>
<p>Webb was pronounced dead on the ground staff Fire Phoenix.</p>
<p>Further investigation showed that Webb was last seen on Tuesday evening.</p>
<p>Police do not know why this<strong> murder</strong>.</p>
