4/2/2011 — HAARP RINGS — (actually cones) finally EXPLAINED — a MUST SEE FOR ALL science minds
now that ive got a better idea of what we have been observing….we’re all going to discuss this.. and either prove or disprove it. i personally feel its proved.. (IMO) but im totally willing to listen to alternative theories. To anyone questioning or wanting to actually know.. both links below which explain in TECHNICAL DETAIL the so called “haarp ring” (what i have been calling it) phenomenon that we have been witnessing. Rather than a ring.. i believe we are actually witnessing a “cone”…. THIS IS TRUTH! They used this technology on the World Trade Centers on 911. That is why the buildings vaporized into ash and crumbled instead of tilting over . Search for HUTCHISON EFFECT – he levitates cannon balls with high frequency high voltage energy. It’s all about the interference of energy waves. That’s how they did 9/11 (in part, in addition to explosives, thermite, maybe even a suitcase nuke, to get everyone in fighting – same way they did JFK, btw). It’s apparently also how HAARP is being maximized as a weather mod / weather war tool. The way to stop this is to stop the chemtrails which turn atmosphere into malleable plasma.

Interesting posting…HAARP is used to create what they call “virtual lenses” in the ionosphere, which, I understand, allows them to do tomography. I think this is what these ‘cones’ are.The lens, I believe (please check this out, first) is used to direct a beam into the earth to look under the Earth’s surface. Again, please research this for yourself.
@19lfm12 I was under the impression we no longer broadcast analogue tv. My apologies. I was missinformed. I thought it was stopped to aid in emergency channel increases (which I tend to doubt the need) and that only digital was being broadcast. Hmmmm
@kcbigjoe Well, the point is that there still is over-the-air broadcast tv. Yes, it is now digital- but it is frequencies transmitted by extant radio/tv towers. I agree that the ‘need’ to do this should be raising eyebrows.
And…one wonders what the true intent is in freeing up ‘space’ for emergency channels….
I’m sorry but intellicast is a really crappy radar source. Even the Weather Network has better. I never see those on real radar but you can see the radar range overlap.
Dutch, you nailed it again–I expect you know that by now. I live in the area you pinpointed for tornado activity, the IL, IN, west TN & KY region, and we certainly were smacked hard with the tornado activity on Mon., April 4.

Haarp is being used to inject a Vlf frequency into a vhf carrier…… just like they do on fm radion…. Haarp signal superimposed on radar frequencies……
what you cannot wrop your head around is that doppler does not use uhf…it uses microwaves, and they are so dense you cannot inject anything into them without it being completely destroyed. Doppler waves cannot be used as a carrier wave for anything. do some research please before you attempt to insult my intelligence. I’ve been working with RF theory for years.

I love your videos man, but for his one you’re making a very broad connection based on circumstantial evidence where a connection just cannot physically exist. doppler waves are so dense and so small they cannot be used as a carrier wave for anything. it is a static frequency on a very narrow band and the waves are extremely destructive. they are also designed not to travel through dense objects…continued
I was in Grand Rapids, Mi on this night and heard (almost out of nowhere it seemed) the LOUDEST crack of thunder I’ve ever experienced!
so why would the government use a frequency for a carrier wave when the wave will not pass through objects like glass, brick, sheetrock, clouds etc etc. some common sense need to come in to play here. Longer waves are used for carrier waves because they pass through objects easily. ELF means extra-low frequency…which means the waves are very long…in the 2 to 20hz band. microwaves are in the mhz and ghz bands..very short waves that pass through nothing.
Dutch, have you notice the site that measured haarp is not off line for the past 4 days?…the magnometer? and during that time there was also there was another big quake in Japan? Thanks for all you do!

We need to know what is happening to our planet, what the agenda is, who is doing it and why? If “they” will not tell us, then we have to find out for our selves.
